Dr. Christopher Yung presents the findings of his study on the actions and tactics being undertaken by the countries with territorial claims in the South China Sea

Dr. Christopher D. Yung is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for National Strategic Studies (INSS), National Defense University, where he specializes in Chinese military and security issues. Mr. Patrick McNulty also contributed research to this project.
